Double-stick Carpet Adhesive

STK900 is a solvent free, versatile, water based synthetic latex adhesive which is easy to trowel and is non staining. This product has been specifically formulated for use with Double-stick systems where a long open time is required and is particularly suitable in warm climates.

STK900 is suitable for hessian, Action back, needle punch, rubber, gel & latex backed carpets, non-plasticised vinyl floor coverings & cushioned vinyl. STK900 is not suitable for use on plasticised PVC.

Asphalt and surface membranes should be treated with at least a 3mm coating of smoothing compound before applying adhesive.

Coverage:
Approx 2-3m2 per kg , depending on the porosity of the substrate and thickness of the adhesive film.

Storage:
12 months if stored between 5˚C (41˚F) to 30˚C (86˚F) in a cool, dry area, in original unopened containers. Protect from frost.

Open Time:
Up to 40 mins depending on conditions: Temp, Humidity, and surfaces to be treated.
